Delete your account — FitnessPrimer

You can delete your FitnessPrimer account and everything stored with it at any time. There's no waiting period and you don't need to contact us first.

Delete it from the app

Open FitnessPrimer and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately and you're signed out.

Or ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@fitnessprimer.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We complete these requests within 30 days and reply once it's done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases all of the following immediately and permanently. It can't be undone, and we can't restore it afterwards.

Account	Your name, email address, password and any linked Apple or Google sign-in
Profile	Height, weight, goal, training level, calorie target and coach preference
Training	Form checks and their feedback, workout logs, logged sets and your program
Nutrition	Food entries, scans and their photos
Body checks	Body analyses and their photos
Coaching	Chat history, remembered notes and any booked coach sessions
Subscription	The subscription record held on our servers
Sessions	Every sign-in token, on every device

Photos and videos you uploaded are removed from our media storage as part of the same request. Backups rotate out within 30 days.

What is kept, and why

Your subscription itself. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because the subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account and only the store can cancel it. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play before deleting, or you'll continue to be billed.
Records we're required to keep. Purchase and payment records held by Apple, Google or our payment processor are retained by them for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We don't control that retention.
